Rental Season & Availability

Outdoor rentals run from April 1 through November 30 , with peak demand from May 1 through September 30 . During the off-season, indoor rentals are available at your own venue—ideal for school halls, church gyms, or winter birthday parties. Contact us to learn more about indoor availability for products like inflatable rides and mechanical bulls.

Rental Duration

Rentals are available seven days a week , and items are hired out on a per-day basis . We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for popular summer weekends or larger pieces like water slides and full-size casino setups.

Reservations & Deposits

We welcome last-minute bookings, but early reservations guarantee the best selection. When you call, we’ll “pencil you in” and complete a rental agreement. A security deposit may be required , depending on your order.

Weather Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to the morning of your event due to weather with no penalty . However, if cancellation occurs after we’ve left the warehouse , full payment is still due. Once our team sets up the equipment, no weather-related refunds will be offered.

Delivery & Setup

We deliver throughout the Pittsburgh region and provide full-service setup and breakdown . Delivery charges and time slots will be confirmed during booking. All items—from dunk tanks to foam parties—are delivered by trained professionals who ensure everything is properly secured and ready to go.

We prefer to set up on level, grassy areas , though asphalt and concrete can work too. Please clear the area of any sharp objects, debris, or pet waste beforehand. Safety always comes first when deciding the final setup location.

Power Requirements

Each inflatable requires a 115V/20 AMP outlet within 75 feet. If outdoor access isn’t available, we can route extension cords through a nearby window. Planning a park party? We can provide generator rentals for an extra fee.

Breakdown & Collection

After your rental period ends, our team will return to disassemble and remove the equipment. Everything is inspected, bundled, and safely loaded back on our truck, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
